All posted prices are base service offerings and subject to holiday, multi-pet, length of service, and travel surcharges.
Cancellation Policy
All services are invoiced and payment is due by the date indicated on the invoice. Services cancelled after your pet care provider is enroute to or has arrived at your home will be charged in full.We understand life happens and service reservations need to change! We request as much advance notice as possible, but this is the cancellation policy agreed to by requesting services:Cancellation Policy
- Non-Holiday Week Drop-in & Walking Services:
- Cancellable with full credit toward future service twenty-four (24) hours prior to their designated start date.
- Non-Holiday Week Boarding & Daycare Services:
- Cancellable with full credit toward future service seven (7) days prior to their designated start date.
- Cancelled within two (2) days prior to their designated start date are eligible for a 50% credit toward future service.
- Cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of their designated start date are not entitled to a refund or credit.
- Holiday Week Services:
- Cancellable with full credit toward future service seven (7) days prior to their designated start date.
- Cancelled within four (4) days prior to their designated start date are eligible for a 50% credit toward future service.
- Cancelled within 3-days of their designated start date are not entitled to a refund or credit.
